FAQ’s

Can I smoke cannabis on the tour?

Yes, you can absolutely consume cannabis ON the bus!  You’ll receive a safe and comfortable ride in a 420 friendly vehicle as you enjoy your adventure.

Can I bring my own cannabis?

You’re more than welcome to BYOC(Bring Your Own Cannabis), although there will be opportunities to purchase quality cannabis products during our dispensary visit.

Can anyone attend a SoCalCannaTours adventure?

Anyone with a valid 21+ ID is able to attend a tour.  Due to California law, anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to attend any of our events.

What comes with a tour?

Besides an amazing VIP experience at a dispensary and breweries, we’ll also throw in some snacks and water to keep you powered up through the day!

Does SoCalCannaTours offer cannabis?

No.  Since we are not a licensed dispensary, we do NOT provide cannabis in any capacity.

Is there anything I should bring along on a tour?

We do recommend you bring cash since some of our partners only accept cash at this time.

What is your cancellation policy for tours?

III. CANCELLATIONS

All tours, classes, hotels, vacation packages, and other services are fully refundable, minus a 15% cancellation fee, if a cancellation request is made at least 10 business days prior to the day of the Events; under these circumstances, the balance of any payment will be refunded within 12 business days of a notice of cancellation. Under no circumstances shall a refund or credit be provided to a Customer who cancels less than 10 business days prior to the Events date, shows up late, or who does do not show up at all for all the scheduled Events. Please verify that any cancellation request has been accepted by calling 1-800-998-6877 or by sending an email to support@socalcannatours.com. Customer acknowledges that if he or she does not receive an email confirming a cancellation request, it has not processed.  In the event the Released Parties change or cancel an arrival or departure date for the Events, Customer shall have the right to receive a full refund. Charges and fees for products, services, attractions or excursions in connect with the Events, which are not cancelled, are non-refundable. Other non-refundable fees include, but are not limited to: returned check fees of $35 per occurrence, cancellation fees, processing fees, reservation change fees, and transfer fees. Customer will not receive any refund for any unused accommodations, flights, or other Events features if Customer leaves the Events, regardless of the circumstances.
